MEDICAL CLINIC Now Open!

Providing primary care medical services for chronic disease patients is the focus of the medical division of the Mission's Health Resource Center.  Diseases managed are diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, and COPD.  Patients are seen by appointment.  An initial intake visit is scheduled prior to meeting with a medical provider to complete a medical history and arrange for testing that may be required for the provider visit.  Acute or drop in visits are not offered at this time. Clinics will include a meeting with a patient advocate, nurse and a dietician.  Uninsured and low income residents in Thurston County living at or below 200% of the federal poverty level are eligible.
