MEDICAL
CLINIC
The No-fee Medical
Clinic provides primary
care for patients with chronic disease.
Diseases managed are diabetes, hypertension, heart disease,
asthma, and COPD. Patients are seen by appointment.
An initial intake visit is scheduled prior to meeting with a
medical provider to complete a medical history and arrange for
testing that may be required for the provider visit. Acute
or drop in visits are not offered at this time. Clinics will
include a meeting with a patient advocate, nurse and
a dietician. Uninsured
and low income residents in Thurston County living at or below
200% of the federal poverty level are eligible.
Clinics are held M - W evenings and Friday mornings. Call for an
appointment at 360.357.6505 during business hours M - F 9 a.m. -

available for qualifying patients. Call one week in
advance for an appointment. Appointments are only
available during Tuesday evening clinics.
